About The Position
AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for a Clerk at our Baton Rouge facility. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the receipt and/or shipment of materials, supplies, and products.
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production process, quality control and costs, knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
- Shipping/Receiving responsibilities (Signing in/our drivers)
- Credit card transactions & credit card log submission
- Maintaining the shipping tab in DGS to ensure all jobs are shipped properly in the system
- Verifying all documents have been uploaded into DGS before shredding packets
- Maintain iPad inventory and all that it entails
- Completing COI requests
- Purge documents when necessary
