This position is a hybrid role, with an onsite expectation of three (3) days per week after completion of training. The training period requires onsite work five (5) days per week. Help shape the next generation of physicians while keeping medical education running seamlessly. The Clerkship Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering a smooth, compliant, and well-supported clerkship experience. This position coordinates complex rotation schedules and high-volume communication across faculty, residents, and medical students, ensuring each learner is placed appropriately and knows their preceptor and expectations. With a recurring cycle of student blocks throughout the year, you’ll also support timely evaluations and grading while helping keep the clerkship program aligned with accreditation standards. Job Summary The Clerkship Coordinator is responsible for administration of the clerkship program as defined by the clerkship curriculum established by the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (OUWBSOM) and Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation guidelines.
