As a Client Account Manager, youâll be responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with corporate clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue and working closely with Client Success, you will ensure clients are attaining maximum value from BlackCloak, renewing their relationship with BlackCloak every year, and scouting opportunities for growth within established accounts. You should be the type of person who enjoys creating new relationships and fostering them over time. You will have a strategic mind - mapping out the champions, decision influencers, decision makers, and procurement personnel and processes within each of your assigned accounts - focused on making sure they all see value in their partnership with BlackCloak. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients as well as to your internal teammates in client success, sales, and marketing.
