About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management, customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and account management software

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Maintain and develop client relationships to enhance client satisfaction
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolution to issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients
