The Client Account Specialist delivers exceptional client experience for assigned accounts and serves as a trusted liaison between Revenue Enterprises and the client. This role responds promptly and accurately to client requests, prepares and presents performance reporting, escalates critical issues to leadership, and partners with Operations and IT to drive reliable outcomes. The Client Account Specialist models hospitality through timely, proactive, and professional service, including same day follow through and clear communication. The role owns HubSpot task management and initial response commitments and ensures a polished and on camera presence in every client facing interaction.
