About The Position

At Hausmann Group, we empower our associates to provide exceptional support to our clients and team members. As a Client Associate, Property & Casualty, you will use organizational skills and attention to detail to support our clients and manage workflows independently. Systems Management : Uses strong attention to details and organizational skills when updating and maintaining our client systems. Accurately and efficiently uses and updates our internal databases in Applied EPIC. Manages client policies by adding, changing, renewing, and terminating data under the direction of Client Managers. Communication : Effectively communicates with internal account teams and carrier partners to prioritize client needs & timelines. Obtain important documentation to support the client experience. Attends department meetings to stay up to date with carrier-specific information, as well as changes to workflows and procedures. Organization : Navigate internal resources to support client renewals, compliance, and marketing initiatives. Works with account teams to set reasonable deadlines, follows up and communicates status of requests and projects.

Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance Agents license, within 90 days of hire.
  • High school diploma required
  • Able to work in a stationary position 90% of the time.
  • Constantly able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery 90% of the time.
  • Constantly able to observe details, including letters, numbers and colors, at close range.
  • Able to move or transport objects weighing up to 20lbs. Frequency and duration will vary.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • One year of office experience in a business environment preferred.
