As a Client Associate, Property & Casualty, you will use organizational skills and attention to detail to support our clients and manage workflows independently. Systems Management : Uses strong attention to details and organizational skills when updating and maintaining our client systems. Accurately and efficiently uses and updates our internal databases in Applied EPIC. Manages client policies by adding, changing, renewing, and terminating data under the direction of Client Managers. Communication : Effectively communicates with internal account teams and carrier partners to prioritize client needs & timelines. Obtain important documentation to support the client experience. Attends department meetings to stay up to date with carrier-specific information, as well as changes to workflows and procedures. Organization : Navigate internal resources to support client renewals, compliance, and marketing initiatives. Works with account teams to set reasonable deadlines, follows up and communicates status of requests and projects.
