About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Client Associate to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting client relationships and assisting with the execution of marketing and event campaigns . Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours , including nights or weekends for events

Responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events
• Serve as a point of contact for clients under supervision, helping manage communications and expectations
• Coordinate logistics , including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support
• Support creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage client databases and CRM tools to maintain accurate records
• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement
• Assist with post-event reporting and client follow-ups
