Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Understand client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options
Explain coverage programs clearly and help individuals make informed decisions
Assist clients through the enrollment and onboarding process
Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development programs
