In this role, you will guide individuals and families through important supplemental benefit programs while delivering an exceptional client experience built on trust and professionalism. All consultations are scheduled with individuals who have requested information—no cold outreach or prospecting required. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who believe strong service and relationship-building create long-term impact.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam

Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, call centers, healthcare, education, or consulting (helpful but not required)

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
Understand each client’s goals, concerns, and coverage needs
Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the enrollment process with care and attention to detail
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure timely follow-up communication
Provide ongoing support and relationship management for clients
Participate in weekly coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development meetings
