About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join the team at our thriving Anti-Aging and Wellness Center. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, cares about the health and wellbeing of the clients, and is capable of multitasking.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Background in Health, Wellness, and or Fitnness

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
  • Take new clients on tours of the Facility
  • Manage Clients Memberships and Appointments
