Requirements

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and calmly handle multiple customers at one time
Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
Self-motivated and strong Team player
Strong computer skills are essential
Proven customer service experience
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
Available 40+ hours, some Saturdays may be required
