Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services Generalist team, you are expected to provide administrative support (virtually and in office/client sites as required) for a professional services firm. As an Administrative you are expected to apply a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and share and adopt industry standards to continuously upskill yourself and others. You are expected to demonstrate technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and other emerging mobile and virtual support technologies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of administrative or PwC experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify and address client needs
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and collaborative team environment
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Ability to provide virtual administrative support
  • Experience with travel arrangements and expense entry

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support virtually and in office/client sites as required.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools as well as learn and utilize new technologies in everyday task
