A day in the life. As our Private Client Coordinator on the Private Client Service team, you’ll provide assistance to the Producer and client service team members on coordinating the marketing and placement of new and renewal clients. This role is responsible for a variety of daily servicing tasks in support of a designated team or book of business. The ability to work independently and in a team is critical in this role. Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required. Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
