About The Position

As a Client Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the client management team, which is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience while working collaboratively to retain and grow accounts. This client-facing role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting our team in meeting client needs and driving results. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational and administrative tasks are executed seamlessly, helping the client management team maintain high service standards and achieve its goals. Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of client-facing experience, ideally in insurance or professional services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to client success.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client needs quickly and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Prepare and manage applications, submission materials, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proposal Preparation: Support developing polished quote proposal decks that effectively communicate our value and insurance solutions.
  • Task Coordination: Collaborate with the Brokerage Operations team to fulfill servicing tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, coverage upgrades, and billing assistance.
  • Proactive Follow-Up: Monitor outstanding client requests and ensure timely completion, including application follow-ups and required documentation.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and ensure all internal systems are up to date.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience.
