As the Client Delivery Project Manager, you’ll manage and support the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of Enlace Health solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership without waiting to be asked. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence. Success Measures: In 3 months: Complete full onboarding on Enlace product, implementation methodology, and client delivery playbooks Support active client implementations with clear ownership of defined workstreams Build strong working relationships with Customers, as well as internal Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams Deliver accurate project plans, status updates, and risk logs with minimal oversight Demonstrate proactive issue identification and follow-through In 6 months: Continually increase involvement in client implementation Consistently deliver projects on time and within agreed scope Proactively manage risks and stakeholder expectations without escalation Identify process improvements that increase delivery efficiency or clarity Earn positive feedback from clients and internal partners on organization, communication, and ownership In 12 months: Successfully lead multiple concurrent client implementations Contribute to improving or standardizing delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices Serve as a go-to resource for cross-functional partners Demonstrate measurable improvements in implementation cycle time, client satisfaction, or operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, client delivery, implementation, or operations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments
  • Exceptional follow-through
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and figuring things out
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Bias toward action and accountability
  • Ability to build credibility with clients and internal stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, startups, consulting, or high-growth companies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day project management for client implementations and strategic initiatives
  • Build, maintain, and continuously refine detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and stakeholder maps
  • Lead client kickoffs and recurring implementation meetings with clear agendas and documented action items
  • Translate business requirements into structured workstreams for Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success
  • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating appropriately when needed
  • Manage scope changes and ensure alignment on impact to timeline and resources
  • Coordinate data integrations, testing cycles, and go-live readiness activities
  • Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved
  • Monitor implementation KPIs and report progress to leadership
  • Partner with Client Success on handoff planning and post-launch stabilization
  • Document delivery playbooks, templates, and best practices to support scale
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Enlace’s client delivery model
  • Jump in wherever needed to ensure client commitments are met - no task too small
