In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, help clients understand their options, and guide them through the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment. Warm leads are provided—no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting. For more than 70 years, AO Globe Life has partnered with unions, credit unions, and veteran organizations to provide supplemental benefits that help protect working families across the United States. Requirements
- Have experience in leadership, client service, management, or consulting environments
- Communicate confidently and effectively in virtual conversations
- Are self-motivated and organized when working remotely
- Enjoy helping others while contributing to team success
- Are comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom and CRM platforms
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations with clients via Zoom
- Assess client needs and provide guidance on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
- Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and documentation
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls
- Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and support overall team performance
