About The Position

This position will provide client engagement and operational assistance to ELIQUENT's Regulatory Affairs Practice.  The candidate's main duties include onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing deliverables throughout the client’s engagement with ELIQUENT to ensure that services are on time and on budget.  To be successful in this role, candidates should be responsive and self-directed, be able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively. This is a full-time position based at ELIQUENT's Washington, DC headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • 5 years of previous experience in a similar client relationship and support role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven administrative or similar experience
  • Experience with office management systems (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
  • Must operate well in a team environment as well as perform job duties with little supervision
  • Strong communication skills (via email and in-person)
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or other Project Management tool preferred

Responsibilities

  • Track and coordinate active client projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Detailed tracking of assignments and tasks will also help leadership assess employee workload and identify opportunities to redistribute assignments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams (e.g., different teams within practice areas or in other practice areas) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage daily calendars of team members; answer, screen and manage emails from clients to ensure that client needs are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Assist with client relationship management tasks, including coordinating regular outreach to existing clients
  • Assist with prospective clients, serving as an interface between the client, the practice area and the Proposals team
  • Provide status updates and schedule estimates to Finance and Operations to support financial forecast and revenue recognition
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute client materials and communicate timelines to team members)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
