Acts as an agent of broker assigned accounts for Private Client Services, including servicing and/or solicitation activities. Manages book of business and directs the work of a service team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceive and develop new business leads from Producers, or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities;Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage;Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage;Service account and provide claims support as needed;Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop proper marketing strategies;Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations;Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate level of coverage;Meet with clients as needed or as directed by Producer;Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections;Serve as technical expert, assist department members to resolve complex issues;Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing;Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information);Other duties as assigned.
