The Mission As a Client Growth Specialist (CGS), you’ll own the most important phase of the client lifecycle: acquire, activate, and grow new or re-engaged clients during their first 24 months. You are here to: Win the client Launch them successfully Drive early revenue and margin Then hand off to our Account Management team and go hunt again This role is intentionally designed for sales athletes, not ordertakers. All sales compensation is tied to what you can control: acquisition and early growth. After 24 months, commissions end—by design. That’s not a bug. That’s the model. Requirements

  • Have B2B sales experience and can run real sales conversations
  • Are comfortable owning a number and being accountable for it
  • Understand gross margin, not just revenue
  • Use CRM as a weapon, not a suggestion
  • Like clarity, structure, and clean handoffs

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads, referrals, and warm opportunities into new clients
  • Reactivate dormant clients (6+ months inactive)
  • Drive first-job and second-job successes through strong value positioning
  • Run clean, disciplined follow-up using CRM and sales tools
  • Hold the line on pricing and gross margins
  • Execute a clean account transition at the 24-month mark
