We are seeking an Client Growth & Success Associate to support and grow relationships with our employer clients. In this role, you will help manage a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts while partnering closely with Client Growth & Success leaders on large, strategic employers. You will serve as a key day-to-day partner to clients, supporting engagement, satisfaction, and retention efforts. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused - ideal for someone looking to build expertise in enterprise account management within a fast-growing digital health organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Client Growth & Success, you will play an important role in delivering consistent client value, supporting reporting and renewals, maintaining operational rigor, and ensuring internal alignment across Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical Delivery, Product, and Implementation teams. This is an opportunity to develop enterprise client strategy skills while gaining exposure to complex employer relationships and revenue growth initiatives.
