About The Position

Denham Property & Injury Law Firm advocates for property-damage and personal injury clients. We are looking for a full-time Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients. This role is on-site in Lexington, KY.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (business, communications, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of client-facing or administrative experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone presence; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Dependable, ethical, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, providing a professional first impression.
• Guide prospective clients through intake forms, ensuring all required information is collected.
• Schedule consultations and manage the firm’s calendar.
• Accurately record case details in the case-management system.
• Set up case files for smooth transition to attorneys, ensuring documents and data are complete and organized.
• Prepare intake reports and follow up with potential clients to collect missing documents.
• Draft correspondence and assist with general office support as needed.
