About The Position

At NetCov, client onboarding is one of the most critical projects we execute. It represents a client's first true experience working with our organization and sets the tone for the entire partnership. As a Client Onboarding Consultant, you will serve as the primary face of NetCov during the onboarding journey, guiding new clients from the moment their project is approved through successful completion of their onboarding implementation and successful handoff to the Service Delivery team. This role blends relationship management, client guidance, and project collaboration. While a project manager will oversee the execution and delivery of the onboarding project, you will ensure the client experience is seamless, engaging, and well-guided throughout the process. You will work directly with client leadership teams, executives, and operational stakeholders to help them understand the onboarding process, complete required discovery documentation, and feel confident about the transition to NetCov services. The ideal candidate is someone who combines professional maturity, strong communication skills, and a naturally engaging personality. This individual should be comfortable building trust with senior executives while also collaborating closely with internal engineering and project teams. This role will require travel to all client sites to kick off onboarding projects and facilitate discovery sessions.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required to support onboarding engagements

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams preferred
  • Experience in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, or technology consulting environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative during the onboarding phase of new NetCov client engagements.
  • Establish strong relationships with client leadership and stakeholders at the start of the onboarding process.
  • Facilitate onboarding kickoff discussions to introduce the NetCov onboarding framework and set expectations for the implementation journey.
  • Act as a trusted guide for clients as they begin their transition to NetCov services.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to walk through the NetCov Client Information Packet and ensure required environment documentation is completed accurately.
  • Assist clients in understanding the purpose of requested discovery information and help translate technical requirements into clear business terms.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in discovery documentation and coordinate with internal teams to address them early in the onboarding process.
  • Partner closely with the assigned Project Manager to ensure alignment between the client experience and project execution.
  • Participate in onboarding project meetings to maintain visibility into project progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, helping maintain clarity and confidence as the project progresses.
  • Support communication between clients, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
  • Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and C-suite decision makers.
  • Provide clear updates, guidance, and expectations regarding the onboarding process and milestones.
  • Represent NetCov professionally and confidently during client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the PMO and leadership team on ways to improve the onboarding experience and client engagement model.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows, documentation, and communication practices.
  • Help refine and evolve NetCov’s onboarding methodology as the organization continues to scale.
