About The Position

True North Advisors is currently hiring for a Junior Client Operations Analyst position. True North is a private Wealth-Advisory and Multi-Family Office that serves the wealth and investment management needs of ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, and entrepreneurs. This is a full-time support role that reports to the Manager of Client Operations. Experienced service professional plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Client Operations and Wealth Management teams, ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of client transactions, account maintenance, and operational workflows. This position is responsible for handling account-related requests, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with financial advisors and custodians. Some of the key responsibilities include executing client transactions, including cash movements, wires, ACH transfers, and account openings and maintenance; monitoring and reconciling transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution; maintaining and updating client records in the firm’s CRM and custodian systems; serve as a point of contact for clients and the advisory team regarding operational inquiries and account-related issues; providing timely updates to clients and advisors on the status of deliverables; assisting the client operations and onboarding teams with day to day operations; and completing special projects, as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and required to move beyond this role
  • One to two years of relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Problem solver, positive attitude, assertive, energetic, relational, proactive, reliable, accurate, quick learner, professional, observant, organized, proficient with technology, driven, strong attention to detail, ability to handle competing demands efficiently and calmly, focused on quality and accuracy, strong communicator
  • Excellent work references required, preferably from former direct supervisors

Responsibilities
