What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Client Principal to own, grow, and protect a portfolio of strategic client accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to senior product and technology executive stakeholders. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role with direct P&L accountability. Client Principals manage a portfolio of 2–4 client accounts and drive expansion through new and extended Statements of Work.

Requirements

  • Experience owning and growing strategic client accounts in consulting or professional services.
  • Background selling and delivering custom software engineering and/or AI services.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Executive presence and strong consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial success and P&L of a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
  • Drive quarterly revenue targets through new and expanded SOWs.
  • Build advisory-level relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Position and sell Agentic AI solutions as core drivers of client value, including autonomous workflows, AI agents embedded in business processes, and AI-augmented product delivery models.
  • Translate client pain points into Agentic AI–led Statements of Work, including AI readiness assessments, agent design and orchestration, and enterprise workflow transformation.
  • Create executive alignment around AI-driven ROI, including productivity gains, cost reduction, and competitive differentiation through agentic systems.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Delivery Leaders to shape and close high value engagements.
  • Leverage Stride’s chair and CEO to elevate relationships and unlock growth.
  • Ensure the delivery of existing SOW dollars and proactively prevent revenue attrition.
  • Manage delivery risks proactively leveraging your account team.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and partner with Stride’s executives and delivery teams to resolve them.
  • Step in when senior-level intervention is required.
  • Serve as Stride’s senior representative to client executives.
  • Educate senior client stakeholders on agentic workflows, AI operating models, and organizational readiness, guiding them from experimentation to enterprise scale.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on outcomes and transformation.
  • Partner closely with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to delight clients.
  • Champion an Agentic AI mindset internally, helping Stride evolve its consulting craft from human-led delivery to AI-augmented and agent-driven execution.
  • Actively engage with Stride’s chair and CEO for mentorship and feedback.
