Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a rapidly growing doorstep trash company servicing 600+ apartment communities nightly across 15 states and thousands through our suite of services. We're hiring an Account Manager in Charlotte to own client relationships, support new community launches, and keep our operations tight. If you like being out in the field, solving problems in real time, and building strong partnerships - keep reading. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk account manager job. You'll spend your time: Visiting apartment communities during business hours (Monday-Friday) Strengthening relationships with property managers Dropping off containers and supporting new community rollouts Maintaining inventory and supplies Troubleshooting service issues before they become real problems Acting as the bridge between clients and operations Provide our bulk item/dumpster rental solutions to clients You'll work primarily in the field, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate and access to our South End Charlotte office as needed.
