Working as part of a team, the Client Relationship Analyst (CRA) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to a Portfolio Manager or team of Portfolio Managers. The CRA will assist with the Portfolio Management team's service delivery processes and solving client and advisor issues as it relates to operational and logistical inquires. They will act as a Portfolio Management team liaison with all Client Service teams including New Accounts, Billing, Performance and Operations. The role is to serve as the intermediary between client, advisors and the Portfolio Management team and is responsible for the efficient and timely completion of tasks and action items that arise.
