About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Client Executive for our Los Angeles, CA office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, managing a profitable book of business and acquiring new clients. We will count on you to: Maintain and expand an existing book of complex and priority accounts across various industries or specialties. Identify clients’ and prospects’ risks needs and recommend the most effective services, products, and solutions that align with their objectives. Direct and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed accounts and growth areas by leveraging market insights and internal product knowledge. Lead the Marsh client service team by setting its goals, monitoring its progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations. Provide technical advice and informed recommendations based on comprehensive account reviews and collaboration with internal specialists. Preserve strong relationships with senior-level client counterparts, address escalated issues, and represent Marsh at industry events and conferences. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $154,200 to $328,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing complex commercial clients.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and product/service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
