About The Position

Key Staffing is partnering with a well-established organization dedicated to improving outcomes for students across California through Medicaid reimbursement programs. This organization works closely with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), including school districts, county offices of education, and public agencies, helping them maximize funding that supports critical services such as nursing, counseling, mental health, and special education. We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join their Client Operations Team. This is a highly consultative and externally facing role focused on driving measurable results for clients through partnership, analysis, and strategic guidance. This is not a transactional or task-focused position — it is ideal for a professional who thrives in influence-based roles, builds trusted partnerships, and enjoys identifying data-driven solutions that create meaningful impact. The Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Local Education Agencies (LEAs), helping them maximize program participation and reimbursement opportunities under Medi-Cal student programs. This role requires strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements
