The position is responsible for effectively handling day-to-day client needs, identifying opportunities to evolve client business and exceeding client expectations through proactive solutions. Nice To Haves
- Possess a high degree of experience in relationship management, client services or account management
- Be self-motivated and directed with effective organization, prioritization, time-management, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field
- 3+ years of solid professional experience in relationship, client or program management
