What is the opportunity? RBC Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented Client Reporting Senior Analyst – Statements & Confirms to join our team. A Client Reporting Senior Analyst – serves as a key partner to RBC US Wealth Management business leaders by providing expertise in the analysis, measurement and communication of financial and non-financial objectives and making recommendations regarding the financial management of the business. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in client communications while collaborating across multiple departments to enhance operational efficiencies and strengthen client service. What will you do? Complete critical tasks to ensure monthly account statements and daily trade confirmations are accurate, factual, and delivered on time. Prepare, review, and deliver client statements, trade confirmations, and related reporting materials. Create and validate multiple reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of client and account data. Perform statement testing three times a month to confirm data integrity prior to distribution. Oversee the process of specific mailings and insert creation, ensuring all communications follow internal and regulatory requirements. Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy of client reports. Monitor production activities to ensure timely distribution of all client reporting materials. Support timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with multiple departments within Operations to improve efficiencies, processes, and reporting functions. Maintain forward-thinking approaches to identify process improvements and implement automation or enhanced workflows. Work with outside vendors, maintaining and establishing strong vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and timely deliverables. Conduct research, analyses and review of Client Reporting functions and processes. Prepare and review month-end activities for statement production. Review confirm process for reasonableness and accuracy on a daily basis. Prepare and present results and insight to senior management. Identify risks and opportunities to the successful execution of plans. Participate in multiple projects aimed at identifying and implementing changes to current business practices. Participate in regulatory risk initiatives, ensuring that reporting processes align with compliance requirements and risk management standards.
