This Client Sales & Insights Consultant role is a client‑facing position centered on data storytelling, analyzing and interpreting data, and applying panel and point-of-sale (POS) insights to help guide client decisions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive, relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Research, or Marketing Services company.
  • Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions such as Nielsen, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to use and integrate multiple data sources to address client business issues with data-driven findings and implications.
  • Prior experience partnering successfully with cross-functional teams to achieve intended business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strong decision‑making and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Client Insights, Product, Analytics, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail, CPG, or general merchandise to help position Circana as a trusted advisor.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across client organizations, including decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana platforms such as Unify+, Liquid Data, and Intelligence Suite to support client engagement and delivery.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating needs, addressing challenges, and consistently delivering value.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Conceive, manage, and deliver fact‑based analyses with a strong focus on consumer insights and clear strategic implications.
