About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captives team at Marsh. This role can be based in any US office location.

Our specialists work with your organization to design captive programs aligned with your strategic and financial goals, leveraging industry-leading analytics to assess needs, provide recommendations, and quantify the benefits of captive insurance both now and in the future.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote internal efficiencies.
• Provide support and guidance to account managers and other team members on regulatory compliance matters.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to regulatory filings and compliance.
• Helps Account Manager preparing the financial statements for a portfolio of accounts.
• Assists Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience.
