Client Service Analyst is responsible for enhancing the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational support. As a Client Service Analyst, you will interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. This individual will also perform administrative to support an innovative and collaborative team in their daily business practices (e.g., client meetings, on-boarding new clients, marketing, etc.) and be the driver of firm initiatives.
