The Client Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for the firm’s clients, delivering exceptional communication and service. This role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including coordinating meetings and reviews, responding to inquiries, and supporting clients across the firm’s systems and processes. Acting as a liaison between internal teams, the Client Service Associate ensures seamless coordination and timely resolution of client needs. The position requires a strong service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build rapport, anticipate client needs, and provide thoughtful, solutions-driven support. A high level of comfort with technology is essential, as the role includes supporting the client portal, navigating internal systems, and maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions within the CRM. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and a proactive problem solver who can efficiently balance competing demands while delivering a consistently high-quality client experience. This position is a hybrid role based out of out San Diego, CA Office.
