We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our established team and step into a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operations of our advisory practice. This is an in-office, salaried position ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing support role and enjoys being part of a small, values-aligned team with a long history of client trust. You’ll be the first face clients see when they walk through the door—and a key contributor behind the scenes. As the Client Service Associate, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to a team of four advisors, helping ensure an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing service. Success in this role is defined by consistency, accuracy, and your ability to create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.
