As a Client Service Manager II, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values collaboration, and wants to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. You’ll lead the renewal process, working closely with the production team to deliver tailored solutions. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their teams, you’ll help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
  • An active Property and Casualty Insurance license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A self-directed approach to managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and financial acumen are a plus.
