More about the Role We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary clinic. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in creating a positive, efficient experience for both pets and their owners. “Consistent attendance and reliability are essential—this role directly impacts patient care and team workflow.” Schedule: Part-time, with evening and/or weekend availability required Pay: $14 - $18 What You’ll Do: Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth Answer high-volume phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage medical records Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians to support patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area What We’re Looking For: Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy with scheduling and payments Dependability—attendance and punctuality are critical in this role Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Bonus (Not Required but Preferred): Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience Familiarity with scheduling software and multi-line phone systems Why Join Our Team: Supportive team environment with clear expectations Opportunity to learn and grow within the veterinary field Be part of a clinic that values efficiency, teamwork, and excellent client care Competencies Patience & Compassion: Remaining professional while still making Doctors, teammates, clients, and patients feel as comfortable as possible regardless of the situation or challenges presented. Picking up the needs of Doctors and teammates based on prior experiences and feedback. Organization Skills : Clear tracking of lab specimens, medications, patient instructions, workflow, and other job-related items while managing multiple patients and clients. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring all activities and interactions result in the highest level of client satisfaction.
