Accounts Payable serves as an extension of Home Office Accounting and is responsible for processing all necessary invoice payments and emergency check printing requests in support of the Fort Worth office.

Requirements

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
This position requires a minimum of 1 years of overall work experience.
Business-General: 1 year
Customer Service: 1 year
Finance: 1 year
High School Diploma/(GED) is required
Analytical skills: Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity
PC skills
Corporate Mainframe
Microsoft Office
SAP
Problem Solving skills
High attention to detail
Proficient data entry skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Recommended majors include: Accounting Business Administration

Responsibilities

Complete work on cases presented via OnPoint and ALFA for stop/void requests, process returned checks, liaison questions, check copy requests, and address updates for returned mail checks. (30%)
Monitor group mailboxes for correspondence and respond to inquiries timely. (20%)
Review exception invoices routed through the XFLOW tool to ensure OCR accurately captures invoice details. Once confirmed, park invoices for the business to pay. (15%)
Monitor the AP Analyst queue within SAP FIORI for invoices to process. (15%)
Post vendor payments to the SAP system for auction buybacks, and reimbursements. (10%)
Complete various tasks associated with the payment and research of invoices including; vendor maintenance, emergency check printing, returned mail checks, and research and reporting. (10%)
