The Client Services Administrator serves as the first point of contact for the families we serve and is responsible for managing inbound and outbound referrals in a fast-paced, often busy environment. The Client Services Administrator answers incoming calls from individuals seeking food assistance and assists in scheduling client appointments. This position will work in collaboration with the Client Services Coordinator and Nutrition Educators. The Client Services Administrator may assist families with government benefits applications during higher volume hours. They provide excellent customer service to clients, and work to assist in the smooth operation of the department.
