Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital platforms
  • Passion for service-driven work and helping others
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
  • Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital records
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure a positive client experience
  • Participate in mentorship, skills development, and team training sessions
  • Build lasting client relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
