The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Personal Lines Operations department is currently seeking a client services analyst to develop test matrices and test cases that are applied during user acceptance testing for the PLD Diamond system. Salary: The pay range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

  • bachelor's degree preferred; will consider an associate's degree with previous Personal Lines insurance experience

Responsibilities

  • offer analysis of system requirements and specification documentation
  • rate and execute test cases that require self-direction, creativity, and system knowledge
  • document defects discovered through test execution
  • validate defects have been resolved
  • research system problems and issues
  • analyze data and reports
  • communicate effective system workflows or processes to users
  • be an advocate for the agents' workflow and business interests
  • identify and research trends and issues among system users
