In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive and informative experience at our Scottsdale location. About IV Nutrition: IV Nutrition is a leading provider of intravenous (IV) hydration and vitamin therapy, offering personalized wellness solutions to optimize health and well-being. About the Role: Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services. Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected. Assist medical staff with maintaining a clean and sterile work environment. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for each client. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service. Uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Docs.
