What's in Store We are on the lookout for a Client Services Coordinator who will act as a liaison between the company, our clients, and our field representatives. You will provide information and resolve any emerging problems that clients and field representatives might face with professionalism. This position is about creating a positive client experience. To be successful in this role you must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years in customer service or related interpersonal communications
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
  • Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner
  • Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent team player with interpersonal skills
  • High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Display a comfort level working with key people at all levels within an organization

Responsibilities

  • Providing timely and accurate information to client inquiries to include statuses, corrections, and general day-to-day questions.
  • Communicate with clients and field representatives through the utilization of phone and email
  • Update and maintain job statues for audits including key accounts
  • Monitors specific accounts for their branch
  • Works with the Branch Manager to track professionalism coursework and resolves complaints regarding field representatives
  • Assists with complaints, errors, account questions, and other queries
  • Improve and expand upon relationships between AFIRM and all clients

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • This is a full-time, fully remote position with work hours aligned to the Mountain Standard Time (MST) schedule.
