In this role, you will… Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling ongoing campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports Create and format proposals, presentations, and correspondence using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Provide general administrative support through file management, CRM Maintenance, organizing distribution or marketing efforts, general office maintenance, invoicing, correspondence and provide cover for reception and answering phones as needed. Create and prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, assisting with lease documents, etc. collaborating with Colliers Marketing, Research, and other teams Create and send tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, and tour books, schedule tenant tours, process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, submit expenses, collect pertinent documentation Help oversee the team’s transactions, track critical dates, and regularly update clients and colleagues Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings Maintain multiple company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
