The client services team helps our business prioritize existing and new clients (typically songwriters) by ensuring excellent service in all administrative services with respect to song delivery, registration, exploitation, reporting and payment. Our intern will support Client Services by assisting with new client onboarding, payable account researching and processing documentation. Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our summer Internship Program will run from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.

  • The timeline of this internship program runs from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th. You must be able to work 20 hours/week.
  • The hourly rate for this position is $17.87

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and updating contact information for payable accounts within the Recorded Music and Publishing Royalties departments.
  • Support the Client Services team in onboarding new clients by assisting with the setup of royalty portal accounts and the setup of vendor/payee profiles.
  • Support business development and operational efficiency initiatives by developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various ticket types within the Client Services Jira project system.
