About The Position

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and service-driven Client Services Lead with key responsbilities being Facilities & Operations to lead daily facilities management and support a high-performing workplace environment. This onsite role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing settings and takes pride in creating a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workspace.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in facilities operations, office management, or a hands-on operational role.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance).
  • Excellent administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable performing light physical tasks and navigating a large workspace.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with work order systems preferred.

  • Experience in a corporate, commercial, or client-facing environment.
  • Vendor management and contract coordination experience.
  • Leadership or team management exposure.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the onsite lead for day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring the workspace remains safe, functional, and optimized.
  • Provide direction and support to SPS employees onsite.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and minor repairs, including furniture adjustments, basic plumbing fixes, lighting replacements, and light carpentry.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, pest control, and more).
  • Submit, track, and close out work orders with accuracy and urgency.
  • Maintain detailed logs, service documentation, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Support office moves, furniture installations, space configurations, and general workplace setup.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and provide after-hours support when needed.
  • Execute desk moves, including monitors and basic technology setup.
  • Act as the central administrative point of contact for all facilities and office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with building management, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Track invoices, service reports, expenses, and facilities-related approvals.
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding from an access and workspace standpoint.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies related to facilities, janitorial, and office operations.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination for facilities projects and upgrades.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to employees, visitors, and client representatives.
  • Escalate operational issues appropriately while ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership to align on priorities, service levels, and improvements.
  • Represent the facilities function with professionalism in a client-facing environment.
