Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care. About the Role Estia Health Cleveland is a brand new Residential Aged Care Facility. We require an experienced Sales/Customer Service professional to be the first point of contact with prospective new residents and their families. This is a vital role where your winning personality and knowledge will see you successful in new clients taking up residence in this beautiful setting. You will provide tours and both financial and service information. Your customer service skills will see you walking the journey with them to their new home within Residential Aged Care.

Requirements

Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc
Enjoys showcasing our home to future residents and their families
Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
