About The Position

To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located. This role has a hybrid schedule and will require at least 1 day per week in the Richmond, VA location. Job Overview Under guidance, controls the report generation process and provides guidance and support to clients daily or as a specialist on specific products/services. We believe accuracy, consistency, and exceptional client support are what set us apart. As a CSR 2 on our Licensing Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, reliable experience for our clients by preparing high-quality application packets and ensuring every detail is handled with care.   • Two+ years related work experience required.
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an IQVIA role preferred and pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
  • Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
  • Follows IQVIA data verification protocols.
  • Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
  • Provides support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
  • May produce ad-hoc studies on demand.
  • Prepare initial, renewal, and change applications (paper and online) with complete accuracy.
  • Confirm all required attachments are included, current, and properly documented.
  • Compile online application screenshots into a single, organized document.
  • Draft notification letters for license changes.
  • Update license statuses, verifications, and record details within The Hub.
  • Download and organize client-submitted documents from MOVEit into Xen.
  • Maintain consistent file naming conventions and folder structure in Xen.
  • Support in-office tasks such as preparing FedEx labels, cover letters, scanning documents for QC, and packaging shipments (if applicable).
