The Client Services Representative is responsible for supporting and addressing client needs through a range of service-related activities. This role acts as a liaison between the company, showrooms, and clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination. The representative provides accurate product information, resolves issues efficiently and effectively, and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position requires maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while contributing to the overall success and value of the organization.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree preferred
  • Prior client service experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook and live chat platforms
  • Experience managing email communications and professional correspondence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain courteous and respectful, especially under pressure
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Patience and empathy in client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by assessing client needs and managing high volumes of calls and web chats to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information on products, availability, and company processes
  • Resolve product and service issues by investigating concerns, coordinating with warehouse teams, and implementing timely, effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned showrooms, strengthening partnerships and driving positive business outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to fulfill client requests efficiently and streamline service operations
  • Accurately perform data entry and process orders, reserves, samples, book requests, and new client account registrations
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members while consistently adhering to company policies and procedures
