Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Specialist to join our Sartell, MN team. You will address order, item and service inquiries. Resolving issues; including trouble shooting and testing as well insuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of experience in Client Support, Customer Service or related position
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical aptitude, Systems thinking
  • Comfort interacting with internal and external customers via written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Standard item administration of client product set up within Toppan Merrill's system allowing clients the ability to order through electronic delivery, manufacturing, mailing and/or fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management; daily administration of inventory usage for print replenishment to ensure materials are available for order placement.
  • Order Management; on-going support for order changes, updates and ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • System/workflow monitoring based on client/account requirements.
  • Issue resolution; to include troubleshooting/testing, both technical and production related.
  • Participate in project implementation and system enhancements/changes, which will include testing of workflow/system functionality and output.
  • Participate in scheduled client meetings.
  • Conduct day-to-day fulfillment administration tasks as assigned for client deliverables.
